Dear Mr. Percher:

As requested, we have forwarded your dental records and x-rays over to Premiere Dentistry in Ellicott City, MD. They said they'd call you to schedule your first appointment.

I wanted to inform you that I personally regret losing you as a patient, and I apologize for the mix-up two weeks ago. I assure you that we don't run a zoo here- ha ha.

I'm still not exactly sure how that stray dog got into the office. I suspect he snuck in through an open window the night before. He was probably rooting around in my closet for a comfortable place to sleep. That would explain how he got into one of my lab coats.

So you know, you weren't the only patient that dog examined. In fact, he saw all of our AM patients that day. You were the first to complain, though. Whoops! Dogs aren't dentists!

We shooed him out of the office and didn't see him again until yesterday. He was in the parking lot, riding a red tricycle around and around in a circle. He was wearing a pointy hat and a yellow ruffled shirt. He may have been part of a circus. Maybe that's why he was so smart.Anyways, I apologize once again. Keep on flossing!

Respectfully,

Ronald Keith, DDS
